Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bohi Beach. We're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders, our estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and what to do if there's an issue with your delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are fulfilled by our partner eFulfillment Service. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Our towels typically ship in soft envelope packaging using economy carriers. We use USPS Ground Advantage for U.S. domestic shipments and USPS First Class International or ePost Global ePacket for international shipments. Faster express options may be available at checkout for an additional cost, where eligible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times after shipment are:
- United States (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days
- International (USPS First Class International or ePost Global ePacket): 7–21 business days, depending on destination country
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 with code FREESHIP50.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we have no control over them. Please check with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order. Note that international shipments via USPS First Class International or ePacket may have limited tracking once the package leaves the United States, depending on the destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after that email for tracking information to update with the carrier. Tracking visibility for international orders may be limited to U.S. departure scans depending on the destination country's postal system.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
USPS Ground Advantage shipments include up to $100 USD of insurance against loss or damage at no additional charge. ePost Global ePacket shipments are not insured.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking and confirm your shipping address on the order. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at sales@bohibeach.com within 30 days of the shipment date and we'll help track it down.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only modify the address before the order has been picked and shipped from our fulfillment center.
